Our client has centralized their EMEA support operations in Romania. They have several global operations centres that support a range of financial shares service, customer service and technical support services. They have 30 + languages and over 1,000 employees in Romania. They have large global clients that they operate shared service, customer support, technical support services, helpdesk support solutions for. Current opportunities exist for language speakers to join their Romanian team.

These positions are for financial and shared service, customer service and 1st line support roles. The duties include answering calls, emails and supporting companies on accounts payable, accounts receivable, technical requests and service requests.

Candidates with customer service experience, some knowledge of finance or IT and an interest in working for a global company where you will learn new systems, processes and support global customer accounts. In addition you will be fluent in at least one of the following languages:
Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, Flemish, Czech, Slovak & Polish
