Salaries in Slovakia

Slovakia is one of the smaller Countries that offer multi-lingual job opportunities in the C.E.E. region. BPO companies relocated to Bratislava to take advantage of the strategic location to Vienna, German language skills, highly educated labour force and cost synergies.

Slovakia has a small local labour pool and International employers often hire foreign employees to support their activities. There are multinational companies providing EMEA customer service, technical support and finance & accounting (shared service centres) services that regularly require language skills.

Minimum wage in Slovakia is €295 per month with the average monthly gross wage in the €700-€800 bracket.
